The ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES is a public non-profit scientific organization, which in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity" and "On Higher Education" unites scientists from educational institutions to assist in conducting basic and applied research in Materials Science and innovative technologies. The ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES cooperates with governmental and non-governmental institutions in its activities.

The main purpose the ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES is to fully promote the development of scientific research and improve on this basis the educational process in educational institutions of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES solves the following tasks:

• Forms scientific policy in the field of basic and applied research in the main areas of materials science and innovative technologies

• participates in the coordination of scientific research carried out in educational institutions of the country;

• promotes the education of students;

• promotes the science of materials science and the development of innovative technologies;

• promotes close cooperation with all scientists of the world.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES is a public non-profit scientific organization, which in accordance with

The Laws of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity” and “On Higher Education” unite scientists of educational institutions to assist in conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of Materials Science and Innovative Technologies. The ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES cooperates with governmental and non-governmental institutions in its activities.

1.2. The ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES operates on the principles of democratic self-government, collegial leadership and publicity and is guided in its activities by this Statute.

1.3. In its activities, the ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES cooperates with the central executive bodies in the field of education and science.

1.4. The ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES has an emblem approved by the Presidium of the Academy.

1.5. The activity of the ACADEMY OF SCIENCES MATERIALS SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES extends to the territory of Ukraine.
